Whilst every reasonable effort should be made to ensure the validity and accuracy of the information entered on the RLD, Fluid Maintenance Solutions Ltd and their partners, stakeholders and funders are not responsible for any inaccuracies and make no representation and give no warranty as to the accuracy or quality of either records contained on the RLD.

You are responsible for ensuring the safe and proper disposal or recovery of waste that you produce, even after you have passed it on to another party such as a waste contractor, scrap metal merchant, recycler, and local council or skip hire company. The Duty of Care has no time limit, and extends until the waste has either been finally and properly disposed of or fully recovered.
